As a marketing major, I am very interested in the effects of new technology on the marketing field. I had never really thought about the topic before, although technology in advertisements is all around me, whether it is something simple like an advertisement that changes between showing two or three different ads, or something a little more complex, like company websites. This research paper will discuss what the new technologies are that marketing firms are using, as well as how they find out about those technologies and implement them into their marketing mix.
